Is EzyFlat free?
Yes. Browsing, creating a profile, listing a place, saving searches and messaging are all free. (Some premium extras may come later — always optional.)
How does flatmate matching work?
We compare your profile against a home’s existing flatmates on practical lifestyle criteria — smoking, pets, guests, sleep schedule, shared interests and more — and show a Good or Great match badge. Complete your profile to 70% to unlock it. We never use fields you’ve marked private.
How do I arrange a viewing?
On any listing, hit “Request a Viewing”, pick the day and time that suit you, and we send it to the host as a message — you land straight in the chat, and they reply to confirm. You can also just message them directly. EzyFlat doesn’t schedule or confirm the viewing itself, and handles no bookings or payments: everything is agreed directly between you and the host.
Can I get alerts for new places?
Yes — save a search (up to 3) and choose in-app and/or email alerts. When a new listing matches, we’ll let you know.
Is my data safe?
Your privacy is yours to control. You decide which profile fields are public, and you can export or delete your data any time. We follow GDPR and never sell your information.
Where does EzyFlat operate?
We’re focused on Greece for now, growing city by city. More to come!
